My Times

This week's song is The Venus.

It's a 1994 song about the girl you can never have..."from the moment you see all you wanted, she's already gone..."

It was written & recorded in Hollywood on 16 Bit ADAT through an 8 bus Mackie and mixed down to DAT through an Apogee AD500.
The MIDI recorder was Notator on an Atari 1040 ST and the guitars were stolen not long after the demo was made...

It's the muckraker in me...

Can you believe that we are having major problems with Uncontrolled LUST.
Does it surprise you?

Fortunately, at the current rate of development Fuel Cells will soon be powering our houses.
The fuel of choice is Natural Gas, fed through regular gas lines.
Australian Energy News notes a breakthrough with a 1.5 KW Ceramic Fuel Cell the size of a Milk Carton that can power a modern house with Air Conditioning and make very little pollution.
Larger Fuel Cells for Hospitals, Apartment buildings and filthy rich people are coming soon.

Fuel Cells for cars are a little tougher to do. The car has to carry the fuel and the cell.
Houses with gas lines don't move.

When they do get it together for electric cars they will be capable of almost total computer control. Will it make the roads any safer? When will they invent the Orb?
