Edgar Winter at Drumroll!

My Times

So much has transpired since last I grasped a minute and braved the world of html...and great things are still happening at Drumroll.

Recently I had a lifetime thrill when Edgar Winter spent a day rehearsing with Steve Ferrone for a private concert in Burbank.
I can't tell you how awesome it was to meet Edgar. He was one of the first musicians to totally inspire me when I was a teenager. His album Entrance and later White Trash were the best of all I knew in Jnr High School.

This picture I took while they were learning Frankenstein. Edgar still has it!

Thanks Edgar. You Rock!

My younger and smarter brother Professor Charles Jones of Western University in London Ontario Canada paid a visit to Burbank recently. I'm waiting for him to fall in love with Los Angeles like I have...

We've had a blast the past few months at home and on stage with the Kim Crain band.

The pictures above and below are from a great hippy party we hosted recently...

That's Sky on conga - Dan Rothschild on Bass - Yogi on Guitar - Chris Wyse in pain. Dan is playing with Beck this summer, Yogi played with The Wallflowers,Buck Cherry and Chris plays with Owl and just finished the new Ozzy Osbourne album...
