My Times



My news this week is that I am moving my studio into Steve Ferrone's new music facility in Los Angeles.

Steve is currently on the road with Tom Petty. Construction of the studio began this week.

The new studio will be a combination Music School and recording/rehearsing studio where we hope to resurrect the spirit of Motown and produce some new music played by real musicians with as little help from computers and Midi as possible. The facility will have multiple teaching/practice rooms and a main hall for concerts, clinics and live recordings.
Things should be up and running soon after Christmas.

This weekend the British press published and reported on a letter that was claimed to be written to the American people by Osama Bin Laden. If you live in the USA you will not have heard about it.
I could not find any mention of it on any of the US News Wires or Newspapers or TV News on Sunday despite it being front page news in the rest of the world - Letter to America.
Why is this not an important story to report in the USA? You decide.
