My Times

As much as I pray that the USA and Britain will not soon be saturation bombing Iraq, all of the signs point to war and death being the choice de jour.

Whether or not we have personally taken sides in this very likely to be gruesome attack, what matters is that we as human beings, by this time in our historic development, should be choosing Peace over War if there is even the remotest chance for Peace.
Thou Shalt Not Kill is the foundation of our society's system of Justice along with Do Unto Others....

What sort of Bombs would Jesus use?

In this year we call 2003, the peaceful choices are apparently not available.
Saddam is planning to attack us as soon as he can produce the Chemical,Biological and Nuclear weapons he needs to strike a terrorist blow.

We have to attack the Iraqi's before they attack us.

On the other hand we could continue the United Nations backed economic and trade sanctions that have reportedly caused 1 million deaths and untold hardship since 1991.
Blocking trade has also worked very well for keeping Weapons of Mass Destruction out of the Iraqi's hands because it is from 'us' that they bought many of their weapons from in the first place.

In the meantime, the North Koreans could be building a very long tunnel to Iraq using Al Queda supported Japanese gardeners led by Osama's son Sad and capable of supplying Maadman with all the destruction he can unload on the rest of us when next we are fast asleep and impervious to the hardships our Western Christian Democratic Industrial Capitalist Free Trading World Banking Nationalist countries impose on the developing worlds plight for Peace and Justice without the Big Mac, thank you very much.

What happens when we run out of people and countries to take from and sell to?

Oh, I forgot, there might be an answer...Nuclear powered space ships to Mars!
Wow, what a great idea. Mankind needs to move forward and find new places to live after we're finished with this one.
I wonder what a Nuclear powered spaceship blowing up or crashing down to Earth would subject us to?
Does anyone even have a theory about what a man made Nuclear explosion out in space would do to the universe?

I guess we need the oil after all...
