It looks like a blend between Samhain, All Saints, and All Souls. The masks are from the Celtic Samhain celebration of the harvest. One of my neighbors had a blow up cat with a moving head in the cemetery in his front yard. Why?

Without bias, my cousin Russel Monk is a very gifted photographer, journalist and artist. Take a look at the links on his website.
The first time I remember Russell was the first time I played cricket. He was bowling and I was batting at prep school in Godstone, Surrey about 40 years ago! My cricket career ended when he bowled a very fast one and it hit me square on my kneecap.
