My Times
I'm starting into a new project this week and Steve is on the road with The Heartbreakers.
My second CD of new songs is taking shape. Danny
Halperin is playing drums on a few and I hope Steve comes back before we
record the lot of them. All of the songs were written and recorded last summer
and seem to be standing up to the challenge of real drums. All things going
well we should be ready for mixing by the end of September.
Now only if I could get Steve Churchyard or Stuart Breed...or Dave Richards
or Dee Long...to mix them...hmm.
Check out the no frills version of One More Moment In Time with a completely different song order and a few alternate tracks and a new album of my song demos called Lost, But Not for Golfing
With summer digging in the air conditioner
is a great relief at Drumroll.
It hasn't been as bad as September 1999 when it reached 105.9
at home in the hills, in the morning...yet.
Can you believe 100 degrees in the UK & Europe? Is it Global Warning?
I just finished the Greg
Palast book The
Best Democracy Money Can Buy and I am finding it hard to contain
my anger.
His website has links to chapters of the book and other articles for Newspapers as well as Transcipts of his BBC Newsnight reports. This guy is amazing! Why aren't these people in jail?
Here are some links to Greg's words:
